Singer-songwriters Gavin Rossdale, 38, and Gwen Stefani, 36, are expecting their first child together in June, it has been confirmed by parents of the couple. Rumors have been running rampant for the past few months due to Gwen’s new-found boobs and tour outfit changes, and it seems that they are true. Douglas Rossdale, Gavin’s father, comments that he and his wife “are delighted,” while Gwen’s mother Patti says that she is “very excited,” but refused any further comment. This news is especially exciting for the couple as they have made no secret of their desire to become parents, and were said to have been experiencing problems conceiving.
This will be Gwen’s first child, and Gavin’s second. A paternity test recently determined that Daisy Lowe, 16, is Gavin’s biological child – something he was not aware of until last year. On a personal note, I’ve been a huge fan of Gavin’s for about 10 years now, and met him three years ago. He’s the sweetest man – called me ‘love,’ gave me a rose, and took a photo with my friend and I in the rain. Love him. Congratulations to Gwen and Gavin!
